Order Processing

When you first start up the Order Pro software you are immediately presented with a Windows screen that resembles a printed order form. This enables you to quickly feel right at home taking your first order. When taking an order, the software will automatically display a customer's city and state after you've entered their zip code. Sales tax and shipping costs are calculated and you are presented with a total. Our software has a powerful search engine that allows you to recall a previous customer's information almost instantaneously. You can search for a previous customer based on many criteria including phone number, last name, company name, address etc. If a customer chooses to pay by credit card, you can obtain an authorization by pressing one key to use our built in credit card processing system. You can then print an invoice, packing list, or shipping label. To complete the ordering process, you can generate a shipping manifest (e.g. UPS manifest) and send your order on it's way.
If your company has a web site, you can easily integrate our software so that online orders can be directly transferred to Order Pro. If a telemarketing service or call center handles your order entry, you can quickly transfer all orders to our system at any time (e.g. hourly, daily).
