Mailing Lists
Order Pro allows you to enter and process a request
for a brochure, catalog, flyer, price list etc. You can then
print out an individual request or an entire day's requests in a
variety of formats (mailing labels, lists etc.) to a variety of
printers (Laser, Dot Matrix, Inkjet). You can also export any
list information to programs like Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel,
WordPerfect and many others.
You can easily target mailings to specific customers. You can
generate a mailing list containing all customers who have ordered a
specific product, are in a specific zip code, have ordered a
specific dollar amount or by many other sorting criteria.
Order Pro allows you to combine sorting criteria (e.g. Generate a
list of all those customers who responded to the May 19
advertisement in PC World and reside in zip code 44060).
If you already have a mailing list in an existing program or you buy
lists from a list broker, you can import your lists into Order Pro.
